To get the most out of this book, you will want to have experience with Python, general programming knowledge, and advanced high school or college-level mathematics. This book will explore many advanced concepts, from text embeddings and retrieval augmented generation to advanced reasoning and building behavior-driven intelligent systems. But all of this will be explained and exercised in a manner that assumes no deep knowledge of advanced machine learning, data science, or robotics.
As an experienced author and innovator, I bring a wealth of knowledge to this book. This is my eleventh book overall, and it has been a fascinating journey to pen. In my role as an AI manager and engineer, I've witnessed the shift from deep learning language models to the widespread use of large language models for various language tasks. I've also had the privilege of leveraging this technology to develop intelligent systems powered by agents.
