Rush Shahani is an AI leader who has spent his career shipping machine learning systems that hold up under real-world conditions. Before Persana, Rush built AI, machine learning, and search systems at LinkedIn and worked on NLP and generative AI at Element AI (acquired by ServiceNow). Earlier, he worked on backend, infrastructure, and payments at Shopify. He holds a computer science honors degree from the University of Waterloo.
