When I worked at a public relations agency on the creative team, it was clear we were the minority when it came to the type of work we handled. We were our own creative agency within another agency, and there were very few of us, so it wasn’t uncommon to fill the role of multiple creative job titles per project. I became extremely accustomed to this experience as we moved beyond providing marketing and print and static digital materials and into building digital experiences.
