This appendix contains links to some of my favorite online resources. I chose to include these links as an appendix because as we all well know, the Internet is a very fluid place, with links changing, websites getting rearranged, and entire domains retiring every day. As the publication date of this book slips further into the past, you as a reader might have to get more creative when looking for these tools, but I’m sure you’re quite resourceful and will be able to manage.
