Barbara Limmer is a professional career coach and consultant who has personally coached thousands of professionals and executives from around the world. She brings extensive experience working on all sides of the hiring process, including career management, human resources, and executive search. She previously worked with MBA students and alumni as a Career Management Director at Thunderbird School of Global Management and in a variety of human resources roles focused on recruiting, training, and employee relations for companies including Bank of America and MetLife. She also worked as a headhunter in New York City while attending graduate school. In all her positions, she continually conducted either real or mock job interviews, providing real-time, detailed, and in-depth feedback on what could be improved in candidates’ answers.
