In this part, we’ll look at interview stages and mindsets of the people who are commonly involved in the hiring and selection processes. We also provide translations of other things interviewers say before, during, and after interviews and talk about how to succeed if you’re being interviewed by a difficult interviewer, which could be either someone who is simply bad at interviewing or very good at it.
We provide an example of a candidate who received an interview invitation and show how she prepared for the interview. She interviewed with an experienced interviewer, and we show you the transcript of that interview. We also include our notes and insights so that you can learn from her experience.
