This appendix lists the answers I entered on the website Gust (http://gust.com) when applying for funding from angel groups. They are specific to my startup, Dover Microsystems, and are presented here because they may be useful for your company and situation.
A.1 Company Summary

Dover is a 16-person seed-stage silicon IP licensing business with a DARPA research pedigree and $28M in nondilutive financing. The product is CoreGuard, a hybrid HW and SW cybersecurity system that watches each instruction executed by the processor it is protecting determining if it is doing the correct thing or not. Contracts with NXP, Cadence, Air Force Research Lab through Centauri. Pipeline is healthy; 2020 revenues are projected to be $3M.

Who are the members of your management team and how will their experience aid in your success? 450 chars.
Jothy (CEO) is 9-time startup founder, 3 time CEO; held roles as CTO and COO. Did 2 HW startups, exits over $100M in 2 others. Two companies were cybersecurity. VPE managed HW and SW of a major RSA security product 12 yrs. CTO was lead processor architect at Microchip for 8 years. Sales was account exec at Mentor 17 years. CFO has done IPO, multiple acquisitions. Team has known each other for years creating strong mutual trust.
